Donna and Paloma Paloma is a yellow Lab, formerly a guide dog in training. She is 2 1/2 yrs old and is the 2nd dog raised by Donna and Dave Fernandez. The first one was Blaze, also a yellow Lab, who graduated from GDA in 2003, and is a working guide in Washington. Donna and Paloma were registered in June 2005 as a Delta therapy team, as well as a READ team. Their visits include Upland library, Christian Heritage assisted living, and Kaiser Hospital in Riverside. They will join the group of readers at Barnes and Noble in February, as well.
